We roast coffee on Tuesday of each week and will ship within 24 hours. This ensures that your coffee is delivered at it’s peak. Enjoy right away unless we leave you a little note asking to give it a few additional days to degas. After coffee roasts it continues to change, releasing gasses and settling into its final flavor profile. We most enjoy our coffee 1 or 2 days after roast and within two weeks of roasting.

Equipment that is purchased can be returned if there are factory defects with the product. Please contact us directly if there is a concern.
