Our coffee is roasted to order every Tuesday. All orders placed after 11:59 EST Mondays will be roasted the following Tuesday. Orders are shipped within 24 hours of roasting to ensure the freshest coffee available.
Occasionally we roast extra and can get it in the mail for you within 24 hours of ordering.
